- Service Not Received: If you have successfully purchased a service through our App, but you did not receive the service as described or within the expected time frame, you may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after purchasing a service.
- Service Received as Described: If the service was delivered as described and within the expected time frame, no refund will be provided.
- Issues Outside Our Control: Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by factors outside our control, such as device compatibility, network issues, or third-party services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Through our App: You can request for a refund from the Transaction History section of our App.
Contact Support: Email our customer support team at support@easymyrecharge.com within 40 days of the purchase date. Include your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Investigation: Our support team will investigate the issue to determine if the service was indeed not received.
Refund Approval: If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 60 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 60 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
